Not In Love With Your Purchase? 

We want you to be happy with your order but it must meet the return policy requirements:
  • Merchandise must be returned to Royalie within 14 days of receiving your order. Any order that is not received within the 14 days window will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all orginal tags and accessories attached.
  • Swim, lingerie, shoes, jewelry, accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • Promotional sale/discount code items are FINAL SALE. 
  • Special Order items may not be returned.
  • International orders are FINAL SALE. 
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions:
How should I send my return back?
  • Email us at to let us know what you would like to return and the reason for the return and we will send you an RA# to confirm the return.
  • Securely repackage your items in the same packaging if possible (help us save some trees!) you have received your item.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Royalie within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Royalie.
